BRIEF
This construction of a new factory following a devastating fire in August 2003. The development was constructed from a steel portal frame with cavity walls up to 2.4m high and featured cladded walls and roof. During the construction period, the client added an additional mezzanine floor, which was carefully incorporated into the existing building programme.
