BRIEF
This project included a large extension to the already sizeable leisure facilities and featured a state of the art hydrotherapy suite, gymnasium, residents lounge together with the construction of nine additional bedrooms. Traditionally constructed over three floor levels, the development included pre-cast floors and staircases, the installation of a new lift, substantial mechanical and electrical installation works as well as a trussed roof with a concrete tile finish.
